Goa: The controversial Bollywood film ‘Kashmir Files’ has been declared a propaganda film by 3 more filmmakers.
According to the details, the Indian film ‘Kashmir Files’ is being declared as propaganda by the famous producers regarding occupied Kashmir. In this regard, in support of the Israeli filmmaker, 3 more filmmakers have admitted that the film is ‘propaganda’.
Three jury members of the ongoing International Film Festival of India in the Indian city of Goa said that by including such a film, the platform of the festival is being used for politics.
The jury members said they were sorry that the filmmaker who criticized the film had received threats.
Israeli filmmaker Nadau Lapid, president of the jury of the International Film Festival, said that the film portrays Kashmiri Muslims negatively and as terrorists. The filmmaker termed the film as ‘common’ and ‘propaganda’.
Jury members of the International Film Festival expressed outrage that Kashmir Files was selected along with serious films.
