Lahore: The Lahore High Court has given time to Imran Khan to appear till five o’clock, Imran Khan’s lawyer had requested to postpone the hearing till tomorrow.
According to the details, a hearing was held in the Lahore High Court on the security bail request of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Tariq Rahim said that the court had ordered that security measures be taken at the appearance of Imran Khan, we had agreed with the IG to provide foolproof security. If the mall road gets no traffic, then Imran Khan will reach it in minutes.
Imran Khan’s lawyer said that permission was sought to bring the vehicle to the High Court but the request was rejected, Imran Khan himself stated that he will go to the court.
Khawaja Tariq Rahim said that we are facing difficulties in bringing Imran Khan, barriers have been put up in the entire High Court, the court would give us a chance to bring Imran Khan.
The lawyer said that Imran Khan also requested to withdraw the application through Azhar Siddique, on which Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh said that you should first read the order that the court ordered at that time.
Khawaja Tariq Rahim said that the court pointed out that there are different signatures on the affidavit and the power of attorney, the petition is not signed by Imran Khan, on which the court said to tell who filed the bail application, then Azhar Siddique. should have come and told that he did not file the petition, if Imran Khan did not file the bail application then how can he withdraw it.
The lawyer said that the court should not get the impression that Imran Khan does not want to come, Azhar Siddique advocate requested the court to adjourn the hearing till tomorrow.
On which the court said that you can come after 3 hours, you can give notice of contempt of court to Imran Khan’s lawyer Azhar Siddique, I was noticing that day but did not do it.
Azhar Sadiq said that I want to try again to bring Imran Khan, another lawyer Khawaja Tariq Rahim also told the court that you order to give full security, I will bring him, give time till 5 o’clock to bring Imran Khan.
The court gave time till 5 pm to present Imran Khan.
