Supreme Court judge Justice Qazi Faez Isa voluntarily disclosed his assets, his wife and children.

Details of Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s assets have been released on the website of the Supreme Court. According to the documents, his income in 2018 was 1 crore 51 lakh 13 thousand 972 rupees while during this period he paid 22 lakh 916 rupees as tax.

Justice Faiz Isa did not take any official plot as Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court and as Judge of Supreme Court. They got offers of government plots but turned them down.

In the documents, he said that ‘Yeri owns an 800 square feet residential plot of DHA Phase 2 Karachi, which I took from the money of my practice as a lawyer. In the meantime, I bought a 200 square feet commercial plot in DHA Karachi Phase 5, while my old house in Kunal Road Lahore is on rent.

In 2019, Justice Faiz Isa’s annual income was 1 crore 71 lakh 45 thousand 972 rupees and at the moment his account has 4 crore 13 lakh 30 thousand 856 rupees while there are more than 41 lakh rupees in the foreign currency bank account.’

In the documents he stated that I own 2 cars and a mini jeep, I get 2 vehicles and 600 liters of petrol officially. I refused to possess a prohibited weapon despite the permission of the Ministry of Home Affairs. I will officially get 2000 units of electricity and 25 HS after retirement and 300 liters of petrol free.

In the documents released on the website, he said that my wife Sarina Isa is not my dependent, I inherited the plot next to Quaid-e-Azam residency in Ziarat from my father.
