ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senior Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi welcomed the recent decision of the Supreme Court and said that the court buried the conspiratorial forces.

Talking to the media outside the court after the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the election in two provinces, he said that today is the most important day in the political history of Pakistan.

He said that today Pakistanis have to walk with their heads raised with pride, there are people who are not afraid and give hope to the nation. I congratulate the lawyers, the lawyers fraternity fully supported the court and the Chief Justice.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said in a conversation about Chairman PTI that there were attacks on Imran Khan, he was severely criticized but he did not get scared and did not bend down, he remained firm like a rock, Imran Khan broke the idol of fear from our hearts as well.

The PTI leader said that let’s create an environment in which fair and transparent elections can be held, we do not have a personal fight, You go and take your stand in front of the people, the final decision will be the people’s.

Expressing regret, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Bhutto’s grandson is threatening martial law, this is the difference between Bhutto and Zardari’s PPP, Mohsin Naqvi should stop now and let transparent elections be held in the country.

It should be noted that the Supreme Court has pronounced the decision on the election case in Punjab and KP Assembly. The Supreme Court has declared the Election Commission’s election on October 8 on March 22 null and void and said that the Election Commission had no constitutional and legal authority to make this decision.

According to the court, the constitution and the law do not allow the Election Commission to extend the date, the Supreme Court issued this decision with a minor change and restored the election schedule.
