In Karachi, a Pakistani-American citizen tragically lost his life in a drowning incident at Sea View beach on Sunday.
According to SSP Imran Qureshi, Shahbaz Younus had visited the beach with his two sons, staying at a beachfront apartment complex.
While enjoying their time in the water, a sudden massive wave swept Younas and his children away. An apartment resident witnessed the incident and promptly alerted the security guard, who immediately plunged into the water to rescue them.
The guard successfully brought Younas and his sons to the shore, and they were swiftly transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, Younas did not survive, while his two sons remained under medical care.
