Indian-American Neal Mohan will become YouTube’s new CEO after longtime CEO Susan Wojcicki announced she would be leaving her position.
Mohan has been Wojcicki’s top lieutenant for many years and moved from Google’s advertising business to YouTube in 2015.

Wojcicki writes on her blog, “I plan to start a new chapter for family, health and personal projects.
She will also serve as a consultant working for Google and parent company Alphabet Inc.
