As per media reports from February 2021, Vivek Oberoi and his partner had jointly decided to produce the film ‘Ganshi,’ and as part of this venture, Vivek had already paid Rs 51 lakh to Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

In his complaint to the Mumbai Police, the actor accused three of his business associates of cheating him. They had taken money from him with the promise to invest in an event and a film production firm, but instead, they misappropriated the funds for their personal gain and failed to carry out any work related to the film ‘Ganshi.’

Vivek Oberoi’s chartered accountant has lodged complaints against his partners, namely Sanjay Shah, Nandita Shah, Radhika Nanda, and others, associated with Mega Entertainment LLP, a company owned by Vivek.

During an investigation in February 2022, Vivek Oberoi discovered that Sanjay, Nandita, and Radhika had engaged in fraudulent activities. They misappropriated the company’s funds for personal purposes, including paying for insurance, purchasing jewelry, and even setting up their own business ventures.
