According to foreign media, cyber scamming and fake calling were revealed through Indian call centers in America. More than ten call center directors were arrested in this crime.
Indian call centers steal US citizens’ personal information through scam calls. Steal money from the account by taking credit card information under the pretext of selling medicine.
Such frauds have been happening on the part of India in the past as well. Indian call centers have caused losses of more than 250 million dollars to millions of American citizens.
