A mission that has the potential to make everyone on Earth a billionaire has been announced by NASA.A mission to the asteroid Psyche 16 in 2023 to investigate the universe’s origins as revealed by the US space agency.
A solid golden asteroid, Psyche 16 orbits between Jupiter and Mars and was first discovered in the 19th century.
It is estimated that the metals in Psyche 16 are worth more than $10,000 quadrillion, or enough to make every person on Earth a billionaire.
Even though the idea of space mining has been around for a long time, NASA said that its Psyche 16 mission is just for science.
