It has been decided to establish Jinnah Library and Audio Video Center in Quaid-e-Azam House Museum.
Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon visited the museum and reviewed the measures. The Commissioner was briefed about the measures to improve the Quaid-e-Azam House Museum.
Liaquat Merchant, the grandson of the founder of Pakistan and Senior Vice Chairman of the Board of Management and related officers were also present on this occasion.
Commissioner Karachi directed the concerned officers to ensure the implementation of the museum project as soon as possible, to highlight the personality of the Quaid-e-Azam and the struggle for the establishment of Pakistan, a plan has been made to improve the library and museum.
The Commissioner said that a public library will be built which will be named after the founder of Pakistan, the name of the library will be Jinnah Library, Jinnah Library will be a modern public library through which researchers, students and people interested in the history of Pakistan will be able to benefit from the library. Books and documents published in English, Urdu and Sindhi will be available.
