Beijing: China declared Arunachal Pradesh as its territory and renamed it Xingnan.

According to details, China has named Arunachal Pradesh as its autonomous region and named it Zingnan.

China has also changed the names of 11 places in the disputed territory, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning says that Xingnan (Arunachal Pradesh) is part of Chinese territory.

The statement regarding changing the name of the northeastern Indian state was made by the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry during a regular media conference on Tuesday.

According to the news agency, there was no immediate reaction from India on this development, but in the past India has been claiming that Arunachal Pradesh has always been and will remain an integral part of India.
