Quetta: The Balochistan High Court has ordered the release of Azam Swati in all the cases registered in the province.
According to the details, a hearing was held in Balochistan High Court on the request of Senator Azam Swati’s son to drop the cases against his father.
While hearing the petition on behalf of Justice Hashim Kakar, the court ordered the closure of all FIR in the province against Azam Swati.
The court also ordered the police to release Azam Swati, the provincial police arrested Senator Azam Swati from Islamabad and brought him to Balochistan.
It should be noted that there were 5 cases registered against Center Azam Khan Swati in Balochistan, to end which his son filed an application in the Balochistan High Court. After getting the court decision, Azam will go for Swati’s release.
