Islamabad: Court stopped NAB from arresting Prime Minister’s son-in-law Haroon Yusuf.

According to the details, a hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the security bail application of Prime Minister’s son-in-law Haroon Yousaf Aziz appeared in the court along with his lawyer Amjad Parvez.

Prime Minister’s son-in-law Haroon Yusuf Aziz surrendered before the Islamabad High Court.

The court approved Haroon Yusuf Aziz’s protective bail against a surety bond of 25,000, the court also ordered the accused to appear in the relevant court within 14 days.

The court has restrained the petitioner from arrest until he appears before the NAB. It should be noted that the reference of assets in excess of income against the accused is under hearing in the Accountability Court of Lahore.
