Lahore: Tehreek-e-Insaf Lahore Secretary General Zubair Niazi was arrested.
Musarrat Jamshed Cheema has criticized the government while confirming the arrest of Zubair Niazi.
He said that the arrest of Zubair Niazi is a proof of the government’s fascism. Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Hammad Azahar has denied the arrest of Zubair Niazi and said that the roads leading to Zaman Park have been opened.
Earlier, Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Vice President Fawad Chaudhary and his brothers were arrested.
On the other hand, Chairman PTI Imran Khan is likely to reduce security in Zaman Park. The police say that as a former prime minister, Imran Khan will be given the security that is created according to the constitution, at present more than 500 policemen are working in 3 shifts in Zaman Park.
Imran Khan has called a meeting of the party’s senior leadership today at Zaman Park, in which Imran Khan will consult senior leaders on the current situation.
