Lahore: Former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi joined Tehreek-e-Insaf along with his son Monis Elahi and other colleagues.
On this occasion, after meeting Imran Khan at Zaman Park Lahore, he spoke to the media, on this occasion, Fawad Chaudhry was also with him.
Talking to journalists, Parvaiz Elahi said that Imran Khan and PTI leadership have respect, we are with Imran Khan and will remain.
He said that we have fully supported Imran Khan and the party leadership in every difficult hour, we are standing firm and will continue to support Imran Khan.
He said that we will do everything that will benefit the country and the nation, there will be no work that will harm the country or PTI.
Earlier while talking to the media, Fawad Chaudhry officially announced the joining of PTI along with Parvaiz Elahi’s colleagues and said that Parvaiz Elahi and his colleagues are now part of PTI.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi will be the president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Parvez Elahi has been approved to be the party president, Muhammad Khan Bhatti is still unknown about his whereabouts.
Fawad Chaudhry said that Pervaiz Elahi and fellow MPs were under a lot of pressure but still they stayed with PTI, our journey with them will be great.
He said that PTI appreciates the role of Pervez Elahi and Q-League. All of them have given sacrifices to stand with PTI, just as Pervaiz Elahi and his colleagues supported us, we will also support them.
