Imran Khan should be arrested and presented in court on March 7.

Islamabad: The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad issued a detailed decision on the issuance of a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan in the case of Tosha Khana and the Election Commission.

According to the details, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a detailed decision on the PTI Chairman’s arrest warrant, in which he said that Imran Khan was absent from the court several times in the Tosha Khana case.

In the detailed decision, it is written that according to the request given by Imran Khan, he cannot appear in the court due to his appearance in the judicial complaint. It clearly shows that Imran Khan keeps court appearances according to his priorities, Tosha Khana case is not among Imran Khan’s priorities.

According to the detailed verdict, Imran Khan was a few minutes away from the district court, but he did not appear even within the court hours for the last hearing.

The court in the judgment said that Imran Khan’s application is not acceptable, therefore the application is rejected, and a non-bailable arrest warrant should be issued for him.

In the detailed decision, it was said that Imran Khan should be arrested and produced in the court on March 7, and his court attendance on March 7 should be ensured.
