Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has announced the suspension of Jail Bharo Tehreek and the start of election campaign.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan said in a tweet that he welcomes the decision of the Supreme Court, The Supreme Court fulfill its responsibility to uphold the Constitution by its decision.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan said that with the decision of the Supreme Court, there will be supremacy of law in Pakistan.
“We are suspending our Jail Bharo Tehreek, we are now going ahead with the election campaign in KP and Punjab,” the former prime minister added.
It should be noted that in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa election notification case, Supreme Court has ordered to hold elections in both provinces within 90 days.
