“There is a threat from the people in power, Chief Justice should take action”

Lahore: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has written a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandyal.

In the letter, Imran Khan took a position that after leaving the government, I am facing continuous lawsuits and threats, there was also a murderous attack on me for which the FIR has not been registered. While an attempt was also made to influence the JIT report of the attack.

Imran Khan wrote that despite being a former Prime Minister, I was not given adequate security, I have repeatedly said that the current Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah are involved in the murderous attack on me, another murderous attack There are clear indications.

The former prime minister said in the letter that 74 cases have been filed against me and I am being forced to appear in court. There is a request to appear in the courts through video link due to security concerns. People come in large numbers wherever I go. Official security was disrupted at the appearance in the Lahore High Court.

He said that the government cannot give me foolproof security on the basis of a proven appearance. I am in danger from the people in power, you Chief Justice should take action.
