Lahore: The Lahore High Court suspended the order banning the speeches of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
According to the details, the Lahore High Court gave a reserved decision on the petition against broadcasting the speeches and statements of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
The court suspended the ban on Imran Khan’s speeches and referred the matter to the full bench.
The High Court said that the matter should be taken up before the full bench on March 13.

Earlier, a hearing was held in the Lahore High Court on the petition against broadcasting the speeches and statements of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
Lahore High Court Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza heard the application, Imran Khan’s lawyer Ahmed Pansota appeared in the court.
Lawyer Pemra had said that the petition is not admissible in this court, it is appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Islamabad High Court.
The court remarked that the election is on, how can the speech of a party leader be stopped.
In the petition, the move to prevent speech and statements from being broadcast was challenged, and in the statement, it was said that the Constitution guarantees freedom of expression, this fundamental right of Imran Khan cannot be denied.
The petitioner’s lawyer requested that the court annul the ban on broadcasting Imran Khan’s speeches and statements.
The Lahore High Court had reserved its decision on the hearing on the petition against the broadcast of Imran Khan’s speeches and statements.
Later, Imran Khan’s lawyer Ahmed Pinsota while talking to the media said that it is illegal to ban Imran Khan’s speeches, the order to ban his speeches is also not clear.
The lawyer said that Imran Khan has the right to express his opinion according to the constitution, it is expected that the court will give a decision in the second half.
