Funeral prayer of PTI activist Ali Bilal, painful scenes

Lahore: Last day, the funeral prayers of Ali Bilal, an activist who died due to alleged police violence in PTI’s campaign to save the judiciary, have been performed.

According to the details, the funeral prayer of PTI worker Ali Bilal alias Zal Shah was performed at Baba Ground, including Ejaz Chaudhry, Shafqat Mehmood, Farrukh Habib, Mahmood Al Rashid, Aslam Iqbal, Hammad Azhar, Umar Sarfraz Cheema, Azam Swati.

Apart from this, a large number of lawyers, representatives of civil society and the general public participated in the funeral prayer. On the occasion of the funeral prayer, there were painful scenes to be seen, Zul Shah’s family and close friends were overwhelmed with grief and kept crying in memory of their partner.

On the occasion of the funeral prayer, some angry PTI workers also raised harsh slogans against the government, later Ali Bilal was buried in the local cemetery.

Zul Shah’s funeral prayer in absentia across the country

On behalf of PTI leadership, on the martyrdom of Ali Bilal alias Zal Shah, there was an appeal for absentee prayers across the country, this appeal was given to the workers and the public by Chairman Imran Khan.

On the direction of the party, Ali Bilal’s funeral prayers were performed in absentia across the country, in which a large number of people, including PTI workers, participated.

It should be noted that a worker was killed due to police shelling and violence at the PTI rally last day.

Leader of PTI and former spokesman of Punjab government, Musrat Jamshed Cheema, while confirming the death of the worker, said that a worker Ali Bilal was martyred by police brutality.

He had told that Ali Bilal was hit by a tear gas shell while the police also tortured him in the worst way.
