Founder MQM lost case of 6 properties worth 1 crore pounds in UK

London: Founder MQM lost the case of six properties worth one crore pounds in the London High Court, the case of six properties including the MQM Secretariat was under hearing in the London court.

According to the details, founder MQM lost the case in UK court, MQM Pakistan won the case of 6 properties worth 1 crore pounds against founder MQM.

Judge Clive Jones remarked that since Altaf Hussain has not been in the party since 2016, the real owner of these properties is MQM Pakistan.

Nadeem Nusrat appeared in the London court to give a statement regarding the case, while Dr. Farooq Sattar recorded the statement through a video link.

The case was filed by Syed Aminul Haq of MQM Pakistan in the London court, which the court has given today’s decision in favor of Muttahida Pakistan.

It is expected that founder MQM will appeal against the court decision.

After a few months, the trial of the second part of the case will also begin, in which the income from the properties will be heard.

It should be noted that the case of 6 properties including the MQM Secretariat was under hearing in the London court.

Description of Properties: Jawab-e-Deo House Eju Beer where Altaf Hussain resides, High View Gardens First 12 House, High View Gardens Second House where Iftikhar Hussain resides with his family.

Whitchurch Lane First House, used as Lodgers House, Whitchurch Lane Second House, 53 Brookfield Avenue House, where Salim Shahzad resides with his family and MQM First Floor Mills Bath House Office , known as the International Secretariat.
