Imran Khan’s arrest warrant upheld in Islamabad High Court

In the Islamabad Tosha Khana case, the High Court issued an order on the request to cancel the arrest warrant of Imran Khan.

According to Media Reports, the Islamabad High Court has ordered Imran Khan to approach the Sessions Court while maintaining the arrest warrant.

The High Court says that the undertaking given by Imran Khan should go to the concerned court.

In the court order, it is said that the concerned court will decide on the warrant of arrest and undertaking, so Imran Khan should file his application in the session court.

It should be noted that the legal team of Imran Khan had filed a petition against the non-bailable warrant of arrest in the Tosha Khana case in the Islamabad High Court last day, in which the warrant was requested to be canceled and an urgent hearing was requested, however, the Registrar’s Office rejected the petition of Imran Khan. Objection was raised that Imran Khan’s biometric was not done.

The High Court was rejected Imran Khan’s request for cancellation of arrest warrant yesterday (Tuesday), And the application was fixed for hearing on Wednesday.
