ISLAMABAD: Sessions Court has handed over PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s nephew Hasan Niazi to the police on two-day physical remand.
According to the details, the session court of Islamabad heard the petition related to the recovery of Hasan Khan Niazi.
Additional Sessions Judge Omaid Ali Baloch conducted the hearing, Ramna Police Station Investigation Officer ASI Sajid appeared in the court.
The judge inquired that you arrested Hasan Khan Niazi from outside the Islamabad High Court, to which the investigating officer said that we arrested Hasan Niazi from outside the judicial complex.
The judge instructed the police officer that Hasan Khan Niazi’s lawyer appeared at eleven o’clock, he must present the accused in the court.
The investigating officer said that they want to present Hassan Khan Niazi in the court of the local magistrate and then bring him here. On which the judge remarked that you will bring the order of the Judicial Magistrate regarding Hasan Niazi and I will also give my decision regarding the application here.
The judge inquired as to why you pick up people like this, to which the investigating officer said that because a case was registered against Hasan Khan Niazi.
