Imam-ul-Haq was injured during a practice session in Karachi and doctors have advised him to rest.
Captain Babar Azam has confirmed that Imamul Haq will not be a part of the final Test due to injury and his replacement will be announced today. It is likely that left-handed batsman Shaan Masood will be included in the last Test instead of Imamul Haq.

On the other hand, the England team has made 2 changes in the last match of the Test series against Pakistan, two players of the England team who played the Multan Test will not play the Karachi Test.
Rehan Ahmed has been included in the England team instead of Will Jacks, Will Jacks will play his first match in the Karachi Test. Apart from this, England has included Ben Fuchs in their playing XI in place of fast bowler James Anderson.
