In the 18th match of the Bangladesh Premier League, Fortune Brashal defeated Rangpur Riders by 67 runs thanks to the fastest century of the national team’s aggressive batsman Iftikhar Ahmed.
Aggressive batsman Iftikhar, who represents Fortune Brashal in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), scored a century in his innings which included 9 towering sixes and six fours.
The aggressive batsman also hit the national team fast bowler Haris Rauf for three sixes, the fast bowler took two wickets by giving 42 runs in four overs.
Rangpur Riders were given a target of 239 runs by Fortune Brashall thanks to Iftikhar Ahmed’s brilliant century, in pursuit of which the rival team managed to score 171 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Iftikhar Ahmed was adjudged Man of the Match for scoring a brilliant century.
It should be noted that earlier Azam Khan also scored a century while representing Barisal, while other national players are also seen in action in the Bangladesh Premier League.
