Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam has said that I am focused on my performance, the player should show aggression with bowling and batting.
In an interview given to private media, when asked about Mohammad Amir’s non-reaction to his emotional attitude in the match, captain Babar Azam said that there is a battle of bat and ball in the ground, one tries to give his best. To benefit the team with ability, my focus is only on batting.
He said, “I try not to focus on other things because the focus can affect performance.”
Babar Azam said that the more we keep things simple the better, in that match I don’t think anything like that happened, nor should we show aggression on it, my job is to bat and that’s what I was doing.
The captain of the national team and Peshawar Zalmi said that I try to maintain a balance between captaincy and personal performance.
