Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Afridi has become the most successful captain in the history of Pakistan Super League (PSL) in terms of win ratio.
The 21-year-old left-arm fast bowler has led his team to 14 victories in 20 matches, giving them a phenomenal win rate of 70 percent.
Shaheen Afridi has been in great form this season and has led his franchise team to many important victories this season.
Qalandars currently top the table with six wins from seven matches and became the first team to qualify for the play-offs.
Shaheen’s record also puts him ahead of other successful PSL captains like Mohammad Rizwan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Sarfraz Ahmed, and Darren Sammy, who have had impressive win ratios in the past.
Multan Sultans captain Mohammad Rizwan is currently in the second position with 67.7% win rate. He has led his team to 10 victories in 15 matches, and his consistent performance as captain and player has been key to his side’s success.
