World number one all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has won many new honors while maintaining the continuity of excellent performance.

The left-hander became the first Bangladeshi to take 300 wickets while with 6976 runs he is the second highest-scoring Bangladeshi batsman.
In the match played in Chittagong, Shakib-ul-Hasan scored a half-century and also took 4 important wickets. This is the fourth time that he has scored a fifty and also taken 4 wickets in a single match.

He is also the sixth spinner to take 300 or more wickets in ODIs. Legend Muralitharan tops the list with 534 wickets, while Pakistan’s Shahid Khan Afridi is second with 395 wickets, India’s Anil Kumble is third with 337 wickets.
Sri Lankan legend Sanath Jayasuriya is fourth with 323 wickets and New Zealand’s Daniel Vetravi is fifth with 305 wickets.
