Lahore: The festival of HBL PSL 8 is coming to an end with the last group match being played today.
According to the details, Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars are facing each other at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Kings captain Imad Wasim has decided to bat first after winning the toss.
In the conversation after the toss, Karachi captain Imad Wasim said that there were three matches of this season which we should have won but we could not finish them well.
He said that he wants to end the tournament by winning today’s match. Regarding the change in the team, Imad Wasim said that eight changes have been made for today’s match.
Wicket keeper batsman Mohammad Akhlaq will make his debut for Karachi Kings, Mohammad Irfan Khan has been included in place of Qasim Akram in the emerging category, Haider Ali, Akif Javed, Mohammad Umar, Imran Tahir, James Fuller and Ben Cutting among the overseas players. Also part of the playing 11.
Apart from this, Tayyab Tahir and Qasim Akram are also included.
Lahore Qalandars have made two changes for today’s match, captain Shaheen Afridi has been rested and replaced by David Wiese.
