Australia’s famous former Test cricketer Michael Slater has been arrested again.

According to Australian media, Michael Slater was arrested on Friday night for assaulting a police officer.

In addition to Michael Slater facing a domestic violence case, the former cricketer will be charged with interfering with police work and assaulting a police officer.

According to Australian media, the police officer’s hand was injured by Michael’s attack. Michael Slater will appear in the Magistrate’s Court on May 2.

It should be noted that Michael Slater has already been jailed for 2 years in a case and is completing his sentence by doing community service.

The former batsman played 74 Tests from 1993 to 2001 and was part of the Australian cricket team. Since then he has held prominent positions on TV but was fired by Australia’s Channel Seven.
