MCC appointed Mohammad Hafeez as an honorary life member.

In recognition of the services of the former captain of the national team, Mohammad Hafeez, the MCC appointed him as an honorary life member.

According to ARY News, Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), the makers of the rules of cricket, has appointed Muhammad Hafeez as an honorary life member.

Muhammad Hafeez represented Pakistan in international cricket for 18 years.

The star all-rounder is the 25th Pakistani to become a life member of the MCC, 23 former Pakistan cricketers and two non-playing personalities are honorary life members of the MCC.

Two non-playing personalities Arif Abbasi got this honor in 1991 and Ehsan Mani in 2003.

It may be noted that former captain Inzamam-ul-Haq was appointed honorary life member of MCC in 2019.
