The tour kick-started in India, the host nation for the upcoming tournament, on June 27 and has since journeyed through several countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, the USA, West Indies, Bangladesh, Kuwait, Bahrain, Italy, France, and England.
While in Lahore, the trophy will make appearances at historical landmarks, cricket academies, and educational institutions, allowing fans from diverse backgrounds to bask in the splendor of cricket. To accommodate media coverage of this momentous occasion, the trophy will be exhibited in the outdoor area of the National Cricket Academy on September 6, beginning at 10 am, for a 40-minute viewing window.
The ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 is slated to occur in India from October 5 to November 19. Pakistan, presently the top-ranked team in the 50-over format, clinched the World Cup title in 1992 under the captaincy of Imran Khan.
