Solarisation of Karachi’s three roads announced

Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab announced a solarization project in collaboration with the World Bank to solarise major roads in Karachi, including Sharah-e-Faisal, Shahrah-e-Iran, and Marine Drive. The Rs1 billion project aims to convert 103 additional roads to solar power, saving electricity costs and facilitating development works. Solar-powered streetlights will also be installed on 106 roads.

Summer vacations announced in KP schools
