FIA seizes smuggled cell phones at Islamabad airport

The FIA foiled a smuggling attempt at Islamabad airport, intercepting two passengers from Dubai and seizing 50 expensive mobile phones, 100 data cables, and three Apple MacBooks. The suspects were handed over to customs for further investigation. This comes after Pakistan Customs thwarted a similar attempt at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.

Judge finds camera outside Imran’s cell

Islamabad: On Monday, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) released a report from a district and sessions judge detailing his inspection of Attock jail. The report exposed that a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera had been positioned directly in front of the cell belonging to former Prime Minister Imran Khan, thereby invading his privacy.
