In Islamabad, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar issued a stern warning to terrorist groups on Monday, urging them to surrender unconditionally as the state would not engage in negotiations with them. Speaking during an interaction with the families of martyrs at the interior ministry, where he also launched the country's new visa policy, PM Kakar emphasized that the state would not show leniency towards terrorists responsible for violence and the killing of innocent citizens.
