NAB Gets PTI Chairman’s Physical Remand in £190m Case

An accountability court in Rawalpindi has approved a 4-day physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the £190 million settlement case. The hearing, presided over by Judge Muhammad Bashir, took place in Adiala Jail. Despite opposition from Imran's lawyer Latif Khan Khosa, the court ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to continue investigating PTI chief inside the jail. The proceedings have been adjourned till November 27.

Imran gets permission to talk with his sons

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan was granted permission by the court overseeing the cypher case to engage in a telephone conversation with his sons, Qasim and Suleiman. The court directed the superintendent of Adiala jail in Rawalpindi to facilitate this communication using WhatsApp.
