Seven policemen injured in terrorist attack on Taunsa checkpost
Seven policemen were injured in a terrorist attack on a police checkpost in Punjab's Taunsa Sharif district. The armed terrorists attacked the Jhangi checkpost, but were foiled by the police. Law enforcement agencies swiftly responded, cordoned off the area, and initiated a search operation to apprehend the terrorists. The wounded policemen were transported to the hospital, receiving commendation from Punjab police chief Dr. Usman Anwar and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
