Islamabad police register FIR against PTI leaders

Islamabad police filed FIR against PTI leaders including Sher Afzal Marwat, for allegedly blocking roads during protests. PTI's Salman Akram Raja and Sardar Latif Khosa were arrested during nationwide protests against the alleged election rigging. Station House Officer Cantt arrested PTI-backed provincial assembly member Hafiz Farhat Abbas during the protest.

President Asif Zardari presented guard of honour

SHC orders to not count reserved seats’ votes in presidential election

Sindh High Court ordered not to count the votes of three reserved seats in the presidential election. Notices were issued to Election Commission of Pakistan and others for March 28. Peshawar High Court previously ordered restraint from administering oath to members elected on reserved seats. Election Commission allocated seats claimed by PTI-backed Sunni Ittehad Council to other parties.

Omar Ayub Khan gets transit bail from PHC

PTI calls for ECP’s resignation after reserved seats verdict
