Pakistan Railways has extended its office hours for ticket booking during Ramadan. The new schedule includes the first shift from 6 am to 1 pm and the second shift from 1 pm to 6 pm. After the 15th of Ramadan, the reservation office will be open until 9 pm with an Iftar break.

Pakistan Railways is set to digitalize locomotive and fuel records in two months. Caretaker Minister for Railways Shahid Ashraf Tarar directed the latest facilities at Railways hospitals and instructed the shift to the Fuel Management System. The meeting also discussed expanding the express train network to 96 trains by December 25.
