ISLAMABAD: The request for the transfer of cases filed by the Chairman of PTI and his wife has been kept under review by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court.

After hearing the arguments presented, the decision on the transfer request has been reserved. Additionally, the High Court has instructed Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra to refrain from reaching a final verdict on the interim bail application until the High Court makes its decision. Furthermore, the lawyer representing the Chairman of PTI, Sher Afzal Marwat, has also requested security arrangements for his client.
The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court clarified that the responsibility for providing security lies with the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad. The concerned parties, PTI Chairman 6 and Bushra Bibi, were advised to approach the Chief Commissioner to present their security request and seek a decision.
Meanwhile, it was reported that PTI Chairman 6 and Bushra Bibi have filed an application to transfer their cases to another court. Today, the sessions judge will conduct hearings on seven interim bail applications related to PTI Chairman Bushra Bibi’s case.
