Yerevan: Two people have died after a plane full of passengers crashed in Armenia.
According to foreign media reports, the accident took place near Jarbar village in Kotak province, where a B-55 aircraft crashed, resulting in the death of two people.
Armenia’s Emergencies Ministry confirmed the incident and said that at 2:40 local time, it was reported that the plane had crashed near the village of Jarbar in Kotak province and was engulfed in flames.

On receiving the information about the incident, a large number of rescue workers reached the accident site and shifted the burnt bodies to the hospital.
The fire brigade and other rescue teams also reached the accident site and extinguished the fire in the plane.
