The court accepted the position of the US government that Mohammed bin Salman was granted immunity. U.S. District Judge John Bates said there was a strong case for Mohammed bin Salman’s involvement in the journalist’s murder, but the Saudi crown prince was entitled to immunity.
After the Jamal Khashoggi case was dismissed, the Saudi Crown Prince will now be able to visit America freely.
